Abstract:
Ocean color remote sensing has gained great achievements in assessing photo-active properties in the ocean in the past decades, yet its application in photo-inactive properties is still in infancy. Here we show some attempts we have made in remotely estimating sea surface nitrate and surface partial pressure of carbon dioxide (pCO2), which are the key parameters in quantifying ocean new production and air-sea CO2 fluxes for a better understanding of the ocean carbon export and oceanic potential in absorbing anthropogenic CO2.
報告人簡介:
陳雙玲博士, 自然資源部第二海洋研究所衛星海洋環境動力學國家重點實驗室,副研究員,浙江省”錢江人才”。本科畢業于天津科技大學,于2018年獲得美國南佛羅里達大學海洋科學博士學位,師從水色遙感領域著名專家胡傳民教授。從事海洋水色遙感和海洋碳循環領域研究,主要聚焦海洋碳化學與海洋生物光學的遙感應用研究。相關成果發表在Remote Sensing of Environment, Journal of Geophysical Research: Oceans, IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing等領域權威期刊。近期,陳雙玲博士主要研究海洋上層營養鹽(硝酸鹽)和海洋新生產力的衛星遙感評估,以及海洋碳源匯變化和海洋對大氣CO2的吸收潛力。并擔任聯合國海洋十年OASIS(Observing Air-Sea Interactions Strategy)大科學計劃青年委員。
